I was the owner of two restaurants in 2005 with partners and I found myself in a position that I could do something better by myself. So I came up with Wally Gyros LLC Food Truck in 2007. After 3 years Wally Gyros was starting to be very popular in the Low country and I began to do private events, weddings, and catering. In the next few years, Wally Gyros became one of the best Mediterranean Food Trucks In Charleston, SC.
